Integrative Physiotherapy Sessions

Our system is a master expression of nature’s intelligence and has an incredible capacity for adaptation.

What we do and think most frequently shapes the health of our body and mind.

I see Integrative Physiotherapy as a way to support the unique needs of our whole system.

I use evidence based approaches to managing pain, injury and enhancing efficient and free movement and integrate knowledge from traditional yoga, meditation and breath work to create a clinical approach which harnesses varied modalities to support your unique and holistic needs.

I consult face to face in Richmond, Melbourne

Telehealth is available for anyone across Australia

Musculoskeletal Injuries

Whether you are experiencing pain after an injury or a persistent build up of discomfort from daily living I can support you with a program which blends hands on Physiotherapy techniques, Education and individualised functional programs based on the best evidence in strength training, pilates and Yoga.

Yoga Injuries

Modern Yoga often sees us begin to practice without an assessment of our individual needs and in an environment where yoga is taught in mixed level group classes, which results in many of my clients experiencing aches and pains at some point through their yoga practice

Whether you have sustained an injury through practice or are experiencing pain or discomfort in your yoga practice I can support you returning to pain free and empowered practice.

I begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand the structural and functional factors for your pain and support you with intervention that appreciates your unique alignment and the mechanisms specific to Yoga practice.

Pain Management

Current pain science has revealed that pain is a protective response in our system. I take an approach to pain management which aims to understand the many and varied factors which impact your unique history and use integrative tools to support a pathway towards dampening your system’s pain response and enhancing your function.
