Our practice is a master system for creating profound positive change and lasting evolution for wellbeing physically, mentally and beyond. This requires that the practice supports our individual needs.

For me, the true role of a teacher is part of a timeless tradition of guiding individuals to live into their unique greatness. It is my absolute honour to share the practices that have been handed down to me and that have had a profound impact on my own growth and experience of life.

  • YOGA FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS: 5 Session intro to Yoga (suitable for beginners wanting to build the foundation of yoga safely and effectively before progressing to a public class environment)
